Overview

The Freedom Network is a platform for distributing digital offers to millions of shoppers, wherever they may be. With Freedom’s reach and engagement, shoppers have saved well over $10M on groceries and staple items through our offer distribution.

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with experience in designing SaaS websites, administration panels or interfaces with complex data structures. You will need to understand business and technical requirements—turning them into mockups and prototypes.

In this role, you will work independently on Product tasks in addition to larger initiatives with internal stakeholders, Product and Engineering Teams. You will champion quality design that is consistent from conception to post-development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strong background or interest in the B2B space is ideal
  • Experienced in web and responsive multi-layered application design
  • Adept in creating style guides, process flows and interface specifications
  • Always actively seeking to understand business requirements to develop solutions
  • Someone who understands how to apply brand objectives and able to ensure all work reflects this
  • Cool under pressure and stays positive. Proactive and can adjust to multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

You are:

  • Experienced in mobile application design (iOS and/or Android)
  • Able to coordinate multiple projects at a time and meet established deadlines
  • Able to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders
  • Always actively seeking to understand business requirements to develop solutions
  • Cool under pressure, stays positive. Proactive and can adjust to multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who understands how to apply brand objectives and able to ensure all work reflects this
  • Enthusiastic, confident, precise, versatile, and humble with a can-do attitude

What we're looking for:

  • 2-3 years of experience designing with product teams
  • Experience with Sketch for design work, Principle for prototyping and Zeplin for handoff to Dev team
  • Portfolio demonstrating your experience in mobile and web application design
  • Familiarity with front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript): some coding experience would be a big plus
  • A passion for understanding the users’ needs and becoming an advocate for them along the product experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A willingness to learn from the experience of others
