Manager of Business Operations

Overview

Can you whip up a SWOT in your sleep? As our Manager of Business Operations, you will play a key part in supporting business casing, project prioritization, and staying up to date on the industry. This is a high-impact role and your analysis and insights will help us make the right decisions faster and keep tabs on key business insights among the stakeholders we serve.

What you'll do:

• Lead the creation of quantitative and strategic business cases across internal departments
• Support the ongoing prioritization and impact assessments of key business initiatives
• Conduct internal analyses to identify new efficiency opportunities within the organization
• Conduct external assessments to report on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and the competitive landscape
• Regular reporting and presentations of key findings to internal stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in business analysis, internal operations, and/or strategic consulting
• Strong familiarity with strategic management and business case frameworks
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Proficient communications skills, including preparing and delivering presentations
• Fluency in SQL considered a strong asset
• University degree in Business or equivalent
